The beds were comfortable, and the location was fantastic. Room had lots of facilities, including climate control, TV and a writing table. A nice bar at the hotel.

great 3-star experience. we appreciated our time here. the area contains some restaurants like something italian within 15 minutes' walk.

Easy to get to wells fargo arena, Polk County Courthouse was also next to the hotel. We liked location and rooms of this property.

Staff was FRIENDLY and we liked our stay. Just a walk down to attractions, including court avenue.

In general, the hotel was very clean. It takes about 5 minutes to walk to iowa events center. Even the Des Moines International airport was not so far. Downtown Des Moines district deserves your attention.
